Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Gablr, a service that generates AI-assisted roofing estimates from a property address (“the Service”). By submitting an address through the Service, whether directly on gablr.ai or through a widget embedded on a roofing company’s website, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

You provide a property address and contact information. Gablr uses aerial and street-level imagery, publicly available property data, and AI models to produce an estimated cost for roofing work at that address. The estimate is a starting point, not a quote. It is generated without a site visit and has not been reviewed by a licensed contractor. Actual pricing depends on conditions an aerial estimate cannot see — decking condition, code requirements, access constraints, and material availability among them.

2. Estimates aren’t guarantees

Gablr estimates are provided “as is,” with no warranty that the final cost of any roofing project will match the estimate. If you submitted your address through a roofing company’s site, that company — not Gablr — is responsible for any quote, contract, or work they perform, and any correction they make to the estimate during an in-person visit supersedes it.

3. If you submit your address through a roofing company’s site

Some roofing companies embed Gablr on their own websites to generate an initial estimate for their prospective customers. If you use the Service this way:

Your name, phone number, email, and address are shared with that roofing company as a sales lead, in addition to being processed by Gablr to generate your estimate.
That company may contact you by phone, text, or email about your estimate and their services.
Gablr does not control, and is not responsible for, that company’s own conduct, pricing, or workmanship.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit addresses or contact information that isn’t your own or that you don’t have permission to submit.
Automate, script, or bulk-submit requests to the Service, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting, quota, or bot-verification controls.
Use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its output.
Interfere with the Service’s operation or attempt to access another user’s or tenant’s data.

5. Accounts

If you create an account to save and manage estimates, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

6. Roofing companies using Gablr (subscribers)

If your company subscribes to Gablr to embed the estimator on your own site, separate commercial terms covering fees, lead delivery, and data handling are set out in your subscription agreement or order form; these Terms apply in addition to, not in place of, that agreement.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gablr is not liable for any decision made, contract signed, or work performed in reliance on an estimate, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We’ll update the effective date above when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
